Before I became a professional REALTOR a little ove a year ago, I looked around to see what would make me stand out from the crowd. Now, it's true that I have devilishly good looks, but that just doesn't seem to be enough in this world anymore. I asked myself what I would look for in a Real Estate Professional. Integrity and honesty are givens, if you're dealing with a REALTOR. A clear understanding of contracts and how a real estate transaction works would be a very good thing. I would want someone who understands the ups and downs of the market, and how those ups and down affect my ability to buy or sell. These are all qualities that a professional possesses. So what makes me different? And then I realized the answer. I honestly care about people and their needs. Now, how do YOU know that I truly care? You know that I care because in the short time that I have had my liscence to assist people in buying and selling Real Estate, I have completed several nationally recognized REALTOR designation, including my Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. The continuing education that I have taken over the course of the last year will bring me closer to becoming a Master in Real Estate (MRE) for 2008, and it will teach me to serve you better. I have a true passion for helping people through the process of purchasing their new home. My continuing education allows me to have a better understanding of my clients' needs and how the market will effect them.
